This beautiful complex features a boutique hotel, a historic mill with an incredible history, and homemade food served with a bold twist. The Czechoslovak cuisine, anchored in our times, uses local ingredients from eggs and flour to cows from nearby pastures. For gastronomic adventurers, they offer four or six-course tasting menus.

The menu concept was well-balanced and inventive. The flavors of the dishes and sauces were excellent, prepared with care and clearly connected to the meat. The plating and vibrant colors were a delightful surprise.

During your gourmet visit, don’t forget the historic mill. From there, head to Veselí nad Moravou, the central port of the Bata Canal. Before you hop on the water, explore the rest of the town; for fun, head to the Veselí nad Moravou Rope Park and for sightseeing, visit the White Carpathian Nature House or the local castle. Then take a boat to the open-air museum in Strážnice, which presents Slovak folklore.
